Open URL to PDF and enter the complete address of the page you want to save. Choose the print layout, convert and check the downloaded pages.
Enter an accessible public address
Copy the page’s full address and open it in a browser to check that it is available. A page accessible only through your signed-in session may not be accessible to the converter.
Paste the URL into the tool and continue to the page settings. A conversion represents that page at the time it is fetched; it does not archive the entire linked website.
Choose paper and appearance
The initial paper is Ledger in portrait orientation with no margins. Choose A4 or Letter if you need a more typical office-print size, then set margins to suit the page.
Keep background graphics enabled when colored panels or backgrounds convey meaning. Use grayscale only if that is the desired final appearance.
Convert and inspect all pages
Choose the conversion action and download the result after success. Inspect the heading, images, long sections and last page. Web layouts and print layouts can paginate differently.
If content is clipped, adjust the paper orientation or dimensions and compare a fresh conversion. Keep the source URL with the saved file so readers can find the live page later.
Common questions
Will it save every page linked from the URL?
No. The conversion targets the submitted page, not a recursive website archive.
Can I convert an HTML file on my computer?
Use HTML to PDF for a local HTML file or pasted static markup.
