Open Sign PDF, add your document and use Sign to create a visible signature. Our example adds the name Sam Rivera below a one-page workshop agenda.
Open the document and create a signature
Add your PDF and navigate to the page that needs signing. Open Sign, then choose drawing, an image upload or Text.
For our example, choose Text, enter Sam Rivera in Name or signature text and keep the script font. Choose Add to PDF. You can use a PNG or JPEG of a signature instead, or draw one in the signature pad.
Position and size the signature
Move the signature to the intended signing area and resize it with its corner handles. Keep the whole signature inside the page and clear of nearby text. Our example places it below the agenda.
To add a date, create another text signature or date stamp. Choosing a date format replaces the text currently in the signature dialog, so add the name before creating the separate date.
Save and review the signed copy
Choose Start and download the finished PDF. Open that file to check the signature, page placement and any date before sharing it.
Typed signatures remain PDF text. Drawn and uploaded signatures are stored as images, so start with a clear image and avoid enlarging a small signature excessively.
