Recognized text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and list boxes appear at their page locations. Uploaded PDFs open in the editor: click a field to type, choose an option or change a checkbox, and use the floating toolbar for properties and formatting. A PDF without fields stays ready for adding new ones. Read-only fields remain locked unless their editing is explicitly enabled.
For a dedicated filling view, choose Forms → Fill form. This optional mode temporarily locks the authoring tools. Choose Apply values to keep your answers and return to editing; leaving the filling view without applying discards its draft answers.

Create mode offers editable English or Arabic templates with labels and real PDF fields. Change the wording, move or resize fields and add supporting text or images. Templates are starting points; review required questions and consent wording for your own use.

Use the Forms menu to place a field, then its floating toolbar to edit appearance, duplicate or delete it. Field settings include names, tooltips and applicable options. Supported text controls offer font, size, color, bold, italic and alignment. Keep shared radio choices in the intended group.

The PDF retains supported interactive fields. Test the downloaded copy in the PDF reader your recipients use, especially Arabic text entry. Save project creates a local .i2pdf file that can be resumed from the upload page. There is no hosted response collection or automatic cloud saving.

Processing takes place on your device without uploading the document. Download your result before closing the page; keep the original separately.
