Yes. The tool keeps existing embedded attachments and adds the selected files to a separate PDF copy. It also removes potentially active PDF actions.
Saving a new PDF generally invalidates an existing cryptographic signature. Keep the signed original when that signature matters and verify the result in a compatible reader.
Document processing and PDF generation run in your browser on your device. This tool does not upload the document for processing. Save your result before closing or reloading the page; the original file on your device is unchanged.
