Letters with a personal touch
Start with the Letter template, replace the example text and add your contact details or logo.
Start with a blank page or a thoughtfully designed template. Make it yours with the full PDF editor.
Choose a starting point. Every word and shape is yours to edit.
Find selectable text in the original PDF. Review the matches, then highlight or mark them. Added elements are not searched.
Only the first matches are shown because this search reached the limit. Use a more specific phrase to check further matches.
This adds redaction marks. Start removes the marked content from the downloaded PDF. Check the marks first; search cannot find text in images.
Choose a tool, then work on the page. Use Pan to scroll a zoomed view.
Your new PDF is ready. Download it, preview it, or go back to keep creating.
Pick a blank page or an editable template, then choose your page size and orientation.
Change the text, add images and forms, arrange objects, and add more pages in the familiar PDF editor.
Save your finished PDF, or download a project file to resume editing later.
Make a new PDF without an existing document. This free PDF creator combines a small template gallery with the same editing workspace used by Edit PDF, so you can build a letter, resume, planner or presentation-ready page directly in your browser.
Start with the Letter template, replace the example text and add your contact details or logo.
Use the Resume or Certificate template as a starting point, then adjust the content and spacing for your purpose.
Build meeting notes, proposals and weekly plans. Add pages, tables, links or fillable fields as the document grows.
Choose Blank, Letter, Meeting Notes, Resume, Project Proposal, Weekly Planner or Certificate.
Set a document name, A4, Letter or A5 paper and portrait or landscape orientation before creating the first page. The templates adapt to your page size.
Every template is made from editable text boxes and shapes. Select an item with the regular selection tool to change it; the Edit text tool is for text already stored in an imported PDF.
Edit template text or insert new text using the floating formatting controls.
Adjust font family, size, bold, italic, color, alignment and opacity. Move or resize the text box and add new lines as needed. Arabic text uses the editor’s Arabic font support.
Text boxes have their own positions. They do not automatically push neighboring boxes onto another page, so review the layout after replacing a short placeholder with a longer passage.
Add logos, images, signatures, stamps and visual details to your new document.
Use the selection tools to move, resize, rotate, duplicate, group and align objects. Crop, flip or replace an inserted image while keeping its place in the layout. Undo and redo let you revise changes.
Use My Library for reusable elements stored in this browser. This local library is separate from the project file and is not an account or a cloud synchronization service.
Build a working document with more than static text.
Insert an editable table, paste cell data and adjust its layout. Add text fields, checkboxes, radio options, dropdowns or lists with Forms, then check their behavior before sharing.
Make a drawn area, text or image link to a website, an email address or another page. Add chapter bookmarks for longer documents. Form rendering and link activation can vary between PDF viewers.
Add blank pages or insert pages from another PDF without leaving the project.
Use Pages or the thumbnail controls to insert, duplicate, delete and reorder pages. Page orientation and placement can be adjusted in the editor.
The workspace supports up to 750 pages. Imported PDFs must meet the 300 MB limit and be readable and unlocked; complex files may reach device memory limits sooner.
Save a finished PDF for sharing, or an .i2pdf project to continue later.
Save PDF prepares the downloadable document. Preview the finished pages and download the result. Back returns to the editing workspace while this session remains open.
Save project downloads an .i2pdf file containing the source document and supported edits. Use Resume Project on the entry screen to reopen it. Editing and PDF creation run on your device; closing the tab without saving can lose your work.
Start with a blank page or template. The workspace supports up to 750 pages and imports one PDF up to 300 MB at a time.
The editor supports up to 500 added objects across the document. Keep a project file if you want to preserve editable objects for another session.
Processing takes place on your device without uploading the document. Download your result before closing the page; keep the original separately.
