How to convert an email to PDF

Practical ways to use this tool

Office teams

Save correspondence

Keep a project’s emails together in the order you choose.

Customers

Keep a message record

Store order or appointment details in PDF form.

Researchers

Review bilingual messages

Prepare Latin and Arabic email text for reading.

Features and controls

Open one email or combine several

Choose EML files together or add more beside the preview.

How it works

Export messages as EML from your mail application. Select up to 25 files at once, or use Add email after opening the first message. Each file may be up to 10 MB, with a 50 MB combined limit. The combined message text, headers and listed attachment names are limited to 200,000 characters; the result can contain up to 200 pages.

The email list shows subjects and filenames. Use its up and down buttons to change the PDF order, remove a message, or click a subject to preview that email. Each message starts on a new page. Adding an invalid file keeps the existing emails available.

Choose the information to include

Keep or hide message headers and attachment names.

How it works

The subject becomes the heading of each email. Sender, recipients and date can be included or hidden. Attachment names can be listed independently; attachments themselves are not opened, rendered or embedded. These settings apply to all emails in the PDF. No email is sent and no mailbox account is connected.

Adjust text size with a live preview

Choose A4 or Letter and move the text-size slider.

How it works

The slider changes body text from 8 to 18 pt in 1-point steps, starting at 11 pt. The preview repaginates as you adjust it. The subject headings and message headers keep their own sizes.

Latin and Arabic text use embedded fonts. Supported checkmarks, arrows, stars and other symbols use a locally served fallback font only when needed. Text and these monochrome symbols remain selectable in the PDF. Not every writing system or emoji is supported. Long text wraps across pages.

Read HTML mail without remote content

Text content is extracted without loading email images or scripts.

How it works

Plain text is preferred when supplied by the message. For HTML-only emails, readable text is extracted while active content and styling are omitted. External tracking images and remote resources are not fetched. Keep the original EML if you need its full structure or evidence of delivery.

FAQ

A few useful answers

Know what to expect before you start.

On your device
Can I convert an Outlook .msg file?

Not in this tool. Export the message as EML using a compatible mail application, or print it to PDF from the original application. Renaming MSG to EML does not convert its contents.

Are attachments included in the PDF?

Only attachment filenames can be listed. Files inside the email are not opened, rendered or embedded.

Can I merge several emails into one PDF?

Yes. Select up to 25 EML files together or use Add email beside the preview. Change their order with the up and down buttons, remove messages you do not need, and select a message to preview its pages. Each email starts on a new page in the combined PDF.

Can I change the text size and preserve symbols?

Use the 8–18 pt text-size slider to update the preview while you adjust it. Latin and Arabic text and supported symbols such as checkmarks, arrows and stars remain selectable in the PDF. Symbols are monochrome; not every script or emoji is supported.

What are the input and output limits?

Combine up to 25 EML files, 10 MB per file and 50 MB in total. The combined message text, headers and listed attachment names must stay within 200,000 characters, and the generated PDF is limited to 200 pages. Files are processed in your browser.
