What reversing changes
Reversal changes the document order, not the direction of text or the orientation of each page. A document with pages 1, 2, 3, 4 becomes 4, 3, 2, 1. This is useful when a scanner or export produces pages backward. All pages remain in the result.
Check covers and section order
Inspect both ends of the reversed document before sharing it.
Printed numbers and partial reordering
The PDF’s original file stays unchanged. Printed page numbers remain printed as before even though page positions change. If you need to leave the cover in place, reverse only a selection or mix pages from multiple documents, use Organize PDF instead.
Keep native page content
The operation works with PDF pages rather than screenshots.
Content quality and interactive features
Text and vector artwork remain in PDF form where supported. The original file on your device is not overwritten. Interactive forms, annotations, links and document-level navigation can behave differently in a newly assembled document, so check the generated PDF before sharing it. Page rearrangement is not redaction of information inside retained pages.

Select Start when the settings are ready. On the result screen, Preview opens the generated PDF and Download saves a separate copy. Back returns to the current workspace; Start over clears it for a new file. Review small text, page edges and page order in the finished copy. A new PDF does not preserve the validity of an existing digital signature.
