Place and revise additions
Move and resize selected additions, then inspect each affected page.
Placement and review
Use the selection tool after placing an element to adjust its position and appearance. Zoom in for small details and use Fit to check the full page. Undo and redo help revise accidental changes before generating the download. Preview the exported PDF in a reader that supports the annotations you use.

Shapes, pencil drawings, sticky notes and markers remain native PDF annotations, even when their comment is empty. Open comments in a PDF reader that supports annotations. Added text is selectable page text. Existing words are unchanged, and covering or highlighting text does not redact it.

Preview, download and revise
Select Start when the settings are ready. On the result screen, Preview opens the generated PDF and Download saves a separate copy. Back returns to the current workspace; Start over clears it for a new file. Review small text, page edges and page order in the finished copy. A new PDF does not preserve the validity of an existing digital signature.
